learning the concept of mindset
Familiarize yourself with the entire website. Download the app called CALM (see meditation page). It will make it possible for you to learn and to practice meditation. Meditation frees you from repetitive cycles of thinking and makes it possible view your mindsets as an objective observer (witness mind). This allows you to sit quietly and observe—without judgement—the operation of your mindsets. Without meditation, it will be very difficult to get an unfettered view of the inner workings of your mind. Plan to meditate daily or more.
